These beauties come in many colors and are beautiful fresh and dried. Their petals have an almost paper like consistency which makes them a beautiful textural element in design and personal flowers.
Zinnias are the workhorse of the fall garden. They have gotten a bad reputation as a "farm flower," but with new colors being bred into them we are seeing them more and more in event and wedding work. They are a cheerful flower that will bring a smile to everyone who sees them.
Statice is another flower that is stunning both fresh and dried. Mostly know for its bright whites and deep blue/purples, this is a beautiful accent flower for any arrangement. In recent years more and more colors have been bred so we are seeing yellows and peach tones too.
